Poor Customer Service

Never before have i had any problems with Steers in Ladysmith... Last night 9th September 2015 however i did... i have to wait at an empty counter... after having to ask if someone will help me, as nobody knew where the cashier was... i had to repeat my order 3 time just so that the lady helping me could hear what i was saying as the rest of the staff was making so much noise and not because i was speaking softly because i wasn't... the people sitting at the tables could hear me. asking for the same thing 3 times. i understand that the lady who helped me apologized but that does not make everything okay.
