Poor customer service

I placed a phone order at Steers Amalinda East London at 17:20, full chicken with chips. Went to steers at 17:50 to collect, the cashier told me the order wasn’t placed their chicken wasn’t ready she asked me to wait it would take 45mins…I did. I only got my order at 18:45 and I must say it wasn’t worth the wait…my two year old daughter was agitated and I was also very much irritated by the time the order was ready. I specifically ordered lemon and herb to accommodate my daughter and asked for it to be cut in 8. To add to my disappointment the chicken was hot my daughter couldn’t even eat it and it was cut in 4 and very much pink inside. I’m very much disappointed to have to wait more than an hour having placed a phone order so that I don’t have to wait and only for the food to be underwhelming.
