Poor customer service

Steers skycity mall Poor customer service and the ice cream I bought was very messy and the cone cracked asked for another one but was given another cone to support my already cracked cone. Asked for another one and was later Ignored, teller decided to go assist other people instead and left because I didn’t want to cause a scene
