Poor and tasteless ice cream from Steers

I wish to make a complaint against Steers - The Berg Shopping Centre. Last night I went to buy 2 dipped chocolate cone ice creams. Firstly as the ice creams were being made (by a trainee) the one that was meant for me, fell into the chocolate dip the trainee then attempted to get the ice cream out of the dip but was unable to, leading her to call one of her fellow-workers for assistance. The fellow-worker then made a new ice cream for me however it was about half the size of the original ice cream that was made. (I did ask her why there was a difference and got told that this was the normal size of the ice cream and that the trainee made the mistake on making the ice cream) I have had a dipped ice cream cone from Steers for years now and one thing I noticed is that it is getting smaller and the customer is expected to pay more for less. Also the ice cream and chocolate dip were tasteless and the ice cream was watery. This just further solidifies that in South Africa where life is becoming increasingly more difficult that we are being ********** as consumers...
