Poooor customer service

Yesterday 7th April was my son's 12yrs birthday. So i decided to order wacky wednesday for him & his few friends. I called steers contact number *** @ 19:00 to place an order. Call was answered by a man named Ayanda, who said the closest place to me was in Benmore, since i have moved & now reside in Bordeaux, Randburg, Jhb. So i asked him to check if they can deliver for me. He said that was the call centre so he was going to call Benmore to find out if they can deliver & then call me back with a reply. Which he did. He said unfortunately they cant deliver wacky wednesday for R55.00 but if i order online the other special of R150 they will deliver for me. So i said no, please don't do that, rather place an order for me at Blaigowrie Plaza which is on Conrad street & i will go & collect it myself. I was ordering 7 x wacky wednesday which is 14 burgers for my sons friends that we invited for dinner. He then transfered my call so i could place the order myself. I placed an order with Vuyokazi & she said the order will be ready for collection in 15minutes. I left the kids after 30minutes to go & fetch the food. When i arrived at Blaigowrie steers i was told they were closing & my order is not there. They did not take any order from me. I called the number back & the lady who answered said she was at Steers in rabie road & my order is redy there for collection. I asked her why my order was there instead of a place i ordered from. She said she was in the shop so the guy who transfered my call transfered it to that branch not the one i requested. I had to drive for another 15minutes to go & fetch my food & it was already cold. When i got home most of the parents had already collected their kids without even eating their food. So you tell me why i had to drive around the whole of randburg just to get my food which i specifically said i was ging to collect at Blaigowrie plaza but ended up in Fontainbleu. I had cold food, most kids left & i was left with those burgers. What an inconvinience, waisted my money & petrol driving around the whole of randburg. I did not even get an apology, is that the kind of service that you are offering to your customers. I will copy my review & send it to all the social medias i have to make people aware of the service Steers is offering us.
