last night on the 27/01/2016 me and my wife had gone to steers in blairgowrie...... we wanted to buy 3x wacky Wednesday...... wen its was time to pay the transaction went through twice... well as a concern we asked why they charged us twice and they very NICELY rep**** no this does happen sometimes we then asked them for some kind of a letter to state that peter MANAGER on duty at the time has knowledge of what happened he very rudely refused and even asked my wife to trust him wen she asked him the same thing he said no you must pay... one thin that reeeally got me mad what the way that the MANAGER addressed us (my man) I mean really? so streers is a no no for me and my family from now on I will also be telling everyone I know not to support steers anymore as what you did is disgusting and disrespect full my contact details are *** if you at steers want to rectify your mistake my email is [Email Removed]
