Perthitic service ever

I've never had such a bad experience with steers app and maponya mall I've ordered three time and not even once I have received my orders when I lodge a compliant they respond with sorry have you received your order as if the=they have delivered it and nephews had to sleep hungry am so disappointed in them they must just close their app and the store

they didn't even get back to me and advise what went wrong or what is the solution to fixing my problem
