Pattie picked up and put back in tray

I was watching the guy that grills the meat. A patty fell on the floor. He wanted to pick it up, but saw me watching him. He kept on checking if I am watching. After a few minutes he picked it up, walked backwards till he was at the meat tray hand when he came back out the Pattie was gone. I walked to see if there might be a dustbin, but there wasn't, only the tray with the grilled meat. I called the manager.
