Pathetic Service - Steers Signet Terrance Lenasia

Today i Please an order for delivery at 17:23. At 18: 49 i called the store to enquire where is my order and i got told that the person i am speaking to is the driver and he is on his way and will be at my home within 10 mins. 20 mins later no delivery and then i tried calling the store only they would not answer the phone. I eventually call the steers call centre and i get told sorry they cannot get through to the store and they dont even have the managers number. Now 2 and half hours later i receive my order. Food is Ice cold. You think you paying them and they should give you service but that is not the case and this is not the first time
