Pathetic service -Steers Goldman Florida

This is the 3rd time this particular Steers has upset me with their pathetic service. The last 2 times I simply ignored it but today I could not. I phoned for my order and sent in my son cause I am sick. When he said he came to pay for the order they send him to me to ask for a slip.NOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE! He would have had a slip and not want to pay...AI ...LISTENING IS TRULY A SKILL...He came to the car and I gave him my phone to show proof of order.He then stood in the line and another lady jumped him, getting her order. It was when I got out (mask on) and said they being dismissive of children and the manager politely said it is impossible for them to ask for the slip he must have asked the wrong question. A lack of common sense was also obvious ..they all tried to blame him ...So I said to my son next time he must scream when he communicates just the way i was doing..because it definitely got the necessary attention. But hey ...I know there won't be a next time. 3 strikes is enough for me !
