Pathetic service Steers Brackenfell

Good evening,

I ordered a meal through Mr Delivery tonight, please se order attached.

I received the order and open the packages and I see that the ribs from the kiddies meal is missing. I call the branch and the lady puts the phone down in my ear.

I take the packages and drive to the steers to see what is going on.

She then asks me “Did you check the chips?”

She then takes the chips which in a chips holder and lifts the packet up and shows me the ribs in the bottom of the chips packet…. A kiddies meal packaged like that???

She just then tells me there’s the ribs mam!

Like it’s ok?!
