Pathetic Service - Steers at the Square Boksburg

Waited and hour and a half for delivery. When the food came, it was cold and inedible, chips was horrible, and to top it all off, all my items was not in the order. Phoned the store (Square Boksburg), and was told by the manager that I did not order from his store, as he can not find my order on the system!!! Pathetic! This was the SECOND bad experience with this specific restaurant, and they always have feeble excuses. Bad bad bad!!!!
