Pathetic service, salt packet stuffed within the burger and 0 empathy

Steers at Engen in Parktown gave me a burger with a full salt sachet stuck within the burger which I had bitten in too and choked on and it was within the pattie and bun and when I complained, someone called me from the steers and said all he can say is sorry and that is all he can do and sorry if I can't accept that. I chocked to the point of tears running down my face and all he could say was sorry, shame.. What a pathetic excuse of a service. Spending this much money on eating a filthy sachet within the burger and a useless employee just saying sorry is all they've got.. Absolutely pathetic.. Useless and ***********! Steers is a ****en joke for this and I will be reporting this on social media as well.. Bull**** from an idiot!
