Pathetic Service Management at Steers East Lake Centre

I placed an order at Steers East Lake Centre for delivery and paid for my order with my debit card. The payment went through but the branch declined my order with reason "FOOD UNAVAILABLE". I then receive a call from a worker at the branch who advised that they don't do deliveries on a Wednesday and they have therefore cancelled my order which is fair. The payment of the order will be refunded within 5 WORKING DAYS. Now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back because they dont deliver on Wednesdays instead of them managing their app to not accept any orders for delivery on Wednesdays. How does their competitors get this right yet they dont. I think 1 star is even too much for rating.
