Pathetic service from the Steers manager

I am so ****ed off about the service I recieved. I left all other restaurant to and went to buy fries 🍟 at this steers course I wanted handcutted chips. On my disappointment when I get home, chips were so cripy & dry, it wasn't handcutted chips and I couldn't return them as it was already dark. And when I decided to call & check if they are no longer selling hand cutted chips, the rude manager was very defensive insisting that it's hand cutted chips they sold to me. I mean I'm not stupid, I can't just complain about something that I see. I never had such dry chips from any steers even if they are crispy but they do not get dry like frozen chips. What ****ed me off this rude manager was like, bring those fries back, I'll give you another one, I told him I couldn't bring them, I ate them course I couldn't go back it was already dark and there's many ******s around. He wasn't like unfortunately we can't do anything if the fries are no longer there. I've never such poor manager who doesn't know what customer service is. I mean if he was really sorry, why couldn't he rather say, bring container of those fries as a proof, course I wouldn't have complained if everything was fine. But anyway I don't want your dry fries
