Pathetic service from Steers Newtown Junction

Steers/Debonairs/Fishaways in Newtown Junction Mall has got to be the worst ever. Their staff as well as thier Managers have a serious attitude problem. i have place orders 2 days in a row for mys taff who work overtime. On both days the food was 2 hours late. All the manager can say is "im sorry but ill make the food and theres nothing more i can do". there is no sense of urgency. They entire lot of them are useless, pathetic and ***********. Pathetic people who need learn customer service and get rid of their attitude because their attitude sticks. Useless bunch of idiots.
