Pathetic!! service from Steers Maponya

I ordered 2 meals with cold on the 26th of August at 13:53 after having to call and even put on Twitter i only received my order the 28th of August cold and without the cold drink and no bacon on the burger. This is Steers Maponya your service is pathetic!!!!!
