Pathetic service from Steers Garankuwa

I placed an order for delivery with Steers in Ga-Rankuwa at 7pm and was told delivery would take between 30 and 45 minutes, waited about an hour and still no food. I then called again at 8pm to enquire only to be told that the driver will deliver with 20 minutes. I then called again 30 minutes later and was told that he should be there any minute. The cold food was only delivered at 9pm. The service at that branch is rapidly ruining the good image of this iconic brand. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THAT SHOP AGAIN IN MY LIFE
