PATHETIC SERVICE FROM STAFF

Upon trying for nearly half an hour to get through to the number at steers ***) once my call was answered Sanele got my call and as i was about to place my order she asked if i could call HER back in 2 minutes as she was busy with another order, i said no i will hold on because i battled to get through initially, she mentioned that she was busy with another order and would need to make a call first (She could make a call but couldn't tell me that she would call me back), i said again that i would hold on, she left me on hold for roughly 2 minutes then ended the call. i called back the 2nd time and Sanele answered again (Why is she taking calls if she is busy?!) when she heard it was me told me to hold on again and handed the phone over to Boniso who gave me the same pathetic service and told me to speak up, i could not speak any louder as everyone on the floor heard my conversation. my colleague called back on my behalf to place the order and she was treated quite well and was heard clearly, Steers Ghandi square will lose a lot of business because of people like Sanele and Boniso, i have been in the same steers before and the service was no better. MAKE AN URGENT PLAN.
