Pathetic Service

This review is for Steers Tembisa Engen garage by hospital view . We all know about the current situation of having to practice social distancing and that we are now allowed to go to our favorite restaurants and order food, so in my effort to help the industry I opted to go purchase a wacky Wednesday for my daughter yesterday . Think it was 4:30-5:00pm. Yes each restuarant has its own set of rules which I understand . Now this steers makes each customer wait outside and then they call out the orders from inside , no effort made to go stand at the door and call out the order numbers what so ever. I have waited over 30min for my order until I decided to go back inside to find out what is going on , my order was ready long ago and the lady Slindile or something with an S says that I have been calling them out , I ask her we are all wearing masks , and I asked when I was inside if she will physically go outside and call out the orders , she assured me that she will . Even when I was trying to point out to them that their system is clearly not working out , she flat out ignored me and continued speaking to her colleague rushing other orders . We really are trying to help support these business that were affected by the lock down but at this rate and would rather continue supporting my spur family and ensuring that they don't lose any more jobs or stay in and cook like we adapted to.
