Pathetic Service

I'm beside myself with pathetic service I just received from Charmaine Sibanda at your Chilli lane Steers branch. She has the worst customer service ever. she came to her till where I was waiting for service, she didn't greet nor offered service to me. I had to guess that she was ready to take my order. I placed my order and to my surprised, she was taking my friend's order without even acknowledging my order. When I asked why she was taking other orders whereas I have not paid for my order yet, she then told me that she rang a wrong order hence she was taking my friend's order (mind you, this was with stinking attitude from her). I requested for her manager, the manager requested her to apologize to me. all I got from her was a meaningless "Sorry" with the same attitude I received from her from the word GO. When I asked what she was apologizing for, she said she doesn't know. I had to cancel my order and leave to ensure that I stay sane for the rest of this day. I wish to never see her again should I decide to ever go to Steers Chilli Lane. Her service is pathetic to say the least.
