Pathetic service

I ordered the 3 King Steer Snack Burgers, order no ***3 on Sunday 25/10/2020 around 11am, and the order was delivered around 12, and I was out, when I came back at 1pm I found that the order was wrong, instead of what I ordered, they sent Kids promo burgers. I tried on several occasions to call them and I was sent from pillar to post, I even left my number and nobody bothered to call. I even sent a query to the email they sent, still no response. I want you guys to come pick this wrong order and send me what I ordered. If this is how you treat your customers, then I don't see myself ordering anything from your store.
