PATHETIC SERVICE BY STEERS PARYS

I placed an order with Steers Parys 19:08 for a wacky wednesday online deal. At 21:08 my order still has not arrived at 21:30 my food arrives after they had been at the wrong address first and I advised the driver I will jot be accepting this order after 2 and a half hours. I tried to phone numerous times but failed after almost R30 of airtime was wasted by holding on no one could contact me and ask for directions or even advise that orders is going to take longer. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
