Pathetic service at steers queensburgh

Placed an online order 1 hour ago. Called to find out when it will be ready and was given an excuse about the online orders are sometimes ignored on weekends because it's so busy but my order will be ready in 10 minutes. I'm sitting at the store for the last minutes and there are 8 people in the steers section, 2 from debonairs, flirting with the cashier, 1 guy eating ice cream, 2 talking to each other while 1 is frying chips. It's now over an hour for a full chicken meal.
