Pathetic Service at Steers Maponya

I’m very disappointed about a pathetic service I received at steers. I visited steers on 14-03-2021 at 13:30. I placed a simple order of fries that took 45min with an intervention of the lady sanitizing at the door. I cancelled the order and requested to speak to the manager who was also around the counter. He did not bother to hear me out. When will township service be ready to offer good service?
