Pathetic service at Steers dobsonville

I ordered an asap collection online at steers Dobsonville mall today ...when I got to the till to make payment i was informed by the cashier who seemed very confused that they did receive my order but its still not done i waited for 20minutes for my order and still they forgot about my order i had to go back to the counter to ask about my order . Asap collection took 30min of my time. Pathetic service
