pathetic service at steers baywest mall
Pathetic service from a cashier named thabisa, very rude and has absolutely no idea about customer service, messes orders cause she is busy chit chatting while helping customers. The manager as well, acted in a manner where he was not condemning the behaviour of his surbodinate. not apologising to customers. very dissapointing service. They did not even know whats on their menu, arguing amongst each other.
