Pathetic service and no delivery

I spoke to Nompuzo at the store. She is extremely ***********. Firstly getting my name wrong after I told it to her. Then she can't find my order or cell number. Then after I explained to her that the app has been stuck for close to an hour but suddenly turned to delivered when my food was NOT delivered she then looked at the system and said my food was delivered. Please employ competent people who understand basic English

She then could not get hold of the driver and told me she would need to call back then asking me for my cell number for the 4th time. Biggest headache and a waste of my time, airtime and money.
