Pathetic service and food was disgusting

Steers in Montagu Gardens has the most pathetic service and food I have ever tasted. Not sure if the lockown has made them lazy and not focus on customers, but their customer service first of all is much to be desired for. Their food taste like cardboard compared to the other steers franchises. It is really sad as they are bringing down the steers brand name. Their chips was most horrible, not to mention the burger which we ordered, the rolls was old and chewy, so gross and this after waiting for 45 minutes for a simple steers burger combo and king steer burger combo on Sunday, 04/10/2020. The staff getting every order wrong for people who waited. It is actually sad and ridiculous.
