Pathetic service

Bought food at Steers Bel Air via drive through, service is pathetic. First teller looked like they don’t understand their own system, so unfriendly and looked confused. 2nd I waited for no more 20 minutes to get order, I had to part my car and go inside the branch to get them to give me my order. They couldn’t care less, waited for another 20 minutes while no one didn’t bother to update me regarding the order. What’s the use of having a drive thru if y can’t provide the service.
