Pathetic service

Bought a pita breakfast asked for soft egg that shows on slip. They said 8min waiting period. Waited almost 20min with 6 orders on board and 2 showing red. When we returned the pita as everything was overdone the egg the bacon and patty the manager Ronaldo ask if we asked for a soft egg and that was that did not want to solve the problem so we gave him the food back.
