PATHETIC SERVICE

I just ordered a wacky Wednesday meal with chips from lalucia steers,the person on the phone took the order and said it will be 30min. To 45min I said ok no problem please deliver to my work place she said ok when It came 40min I called back and asked were is my order the manager said oh no we did not take your name sir so we canceled the order and I did not bring lunch to work I am ****ed off and hungry and all she could tell me is re place the order I am going to take this further to hello Peter if this is not sorted out!!!! Please check your call recordings and see how profession your stuff is with handling high rated customers!!!!! It's pathetic!!!!!!!!!
