Pathetic service

If I could give a minus star I would. I ordered at 12.54 online and even paid for it. Only to arrive at the place at 13.45, then be told I must stand in line again to receive a receipt despite ordering online so I don't have to stand in lines and the order is still not prepared. So I only received it at 14.00 which is over an hour after ordering. The chips were warm at best and the overall service was just not the best. Steers has gone down and overall pathetic. If you're online service is not functional I don't know why you have it.
