Pathetic service

This morning I was pretty excited to finally be able to get a wacky Wednesday at Robertson steer but when I arrived there this morning , half and hour after opening time they said they weren't ready to take any orders . That's pathetic service if you ask me , your staff needs proper training and a better manager.
