Pathetic service 2nd time round

Unfortunately, the Steers at the blue lagoon Engen garage is the only halaal steers that we have to drive a good few km to go to. It was our 2nd visit to the outlet. Placing the order is always easy, receiving the order the correct way is always difficult. We ordered our meals at 2pm receiving it in drips and drabs from 3.15 onwards and the 1 meal, the chicken was frozen. The staff the cashier in particular was absolutely rude and speaking in zulu. The person in charge in the store contacted the manager Kuben and he was of no help.
