PATHETIC SERVICE

On the 18/07/2019 my colleague called Steers to place an order. She got through to their call centre and requested an order for Parktown Steers. The person on the other side couldn't understand the order and advised that they will call back. A few minutes later, received the call and the order was placed. Reference number advised would be her cell phone number or her name. I went through to collect the order, manager there, Pat advised that they didn't receive the order. He continued to show the collect orders, but my order was not received. There is this fantastic service that they promise to deliver, but in fact there is no service received. This is not the first time this has happened as my colleagues from work advised that they have the similar problem. The manager advised that he will process my order immediately. I received my meal 20 minutes later. Terrible service!!!
