Pathetic service

I would like to formally lay complaint against the steers manager of sun city. I ordered steers wacky Wednesday burger on the late evening of the 6th they packed two burgers one with a burger pattie the other burger was a bun with half cheese in it that's it realised when we got back to the hotel by that time we were to exhausted to go back. The next day went back I asked to speak to the manager, she had the audacity of asking if we staying at the cascades then only will she bother listening, argued in front of other customers and then said will give us a pattie to put in the burger bun that's a day old and now hard cos they toast the inside. This is the kind of customer facing manager you place in such an elite place like this. Such pathetic disgraceful service
