Pathetic Service!!!

Stopped for ice cream for ourselves and the kids - the take-away guy was extremely slow and didn't seem to know what he was doing so we went to the back of the restaurant and placed orders for ice cream directly with lady working at the ice cream counter. She actually looked extremely confused and didn't seem to understand what I wanted. Whilst waiting for the ice cream I went to pay - again staff looked at me as if I spoke a foreign language. I was overcharged for the ice-cream, your poster advertisers that it is R13.90 in HUGE, BIG, BOLD LETTERS, but your staff was adamant that it was R14.90. I had to take her to the front of the store to show her what was advertised!!! By then I called for the manager to assist, hoping that she was somewhat more intelligent and clued up as to how to serve customers, much to my dismay, she was just as dizzy as her staff, I now see where your problem is. Needless to say, the outcome was not good for us, as I decided to cancel my order and go to the Total garage and buy magnum ice creams, cold drink and bottled water there. Highly frustrated!!!
