Pathetic Service

Hi There. I ordered food from Steers in Long Steet via Order In. The order was processed at 17:40. It's is now 19:20 and I am still awaiting my order. The branch is the Steers in Long Street. I work in St George's Mall which is not even 10 minutes away. I called the branch on 5 occasions as well as Order In. I was told by numerous people that 'the driver left 10 minutes ago'. My shift ended at 18:30, yet I am still at work waiting for my food - since it was already paid for. The manager of Steers also gave me quite a lot of attitude and said that 'there's nothing that he can do'. I demand this to be investigated and to be contacted by 1 of Steers's senior representatives. (And no, not a Manager. It's been proven that title means absolutely nothing in your industry. Makes me wonder how they get trained giving such ridiculous customer service.) I have also missed my transport home thanks to the Long Street's branch's incompetence and am now forced to make alternate arrangements. If this does not get escalated, then my next point of contact will be your Regional Management...
