Pathetic service

super bad service <br> I was not impressed with the service i got from the Franchise in Braamfontein 53 Jorrison street today 07/10/2015 were by I was in a queue like everybody else when it was my turn to buy I was given attitude by 2 of the staff members <br> which 1 of them was a manager (Rachel and Petronel) and did not expect that from her.<br> <br> To even think that the only thing I was buying was Ice cream the lady told us that she cant serve us before taking orders from the people behind us and the queue was soooo long more than 12 people and i was on lunch.<br> <br> When i asked for a manager she actually came to assist but at the very same moment just left us there with no warning or apology we were standing there with no assistance for abt 10 minutes waiting because they were dealing with people behind ordering burgers not assisting those buying Ice cream its like we were not important even though we also bringing in money to the company.<br> <br> what ****ed me really off was the way the manager spoke to me when i asked her what about us who have been waiting for a while she was soooo rude cause she asked me if she should leave all the orders that have been made to do Ice cream, <br> <br> The first person I
