Pathetic service

I placed an order online, which was sent to the New Germany branch. About 35 minutes after I.placed the order and paid online, I received a call from Idesh at New Germany to tell me that he doesn't deliver to my area. I explain that I cannot collect as I don't have a vehicle. He then insists that I made the mistake and that I must fix it. I then ask if he can transfer the order to St John's branch so they an deliver and that doesn't suit him so he says no and insists that I am to collect. I then tell him that I am the customer and he should be sorting the problem out and after sighing, he says that he will phone me back. In the interim, I contact st John's and speak to PK, who says he will call new germany and call me back. Five minutes later, Idesh phones back to tell me that he cant get hold of st John's and that I must collect. Idesh clearly had no interest in assisting and his lack of service and insistence that I should collect as a single woman at night is nothing short of pathetic. Can't day I want to order from Steers again but certainly will tell everyone I know about this, which is easy since I am.in the sales industry.
