Pathetic service

Yesterday my friend placed an order for a wacky Wednesday special and paid online for an I store collection in malvern center... He was even delayed to fetch his order... Meaning the store had ample time for preparation. Once he got to the store the que was very very long going outside to the parking and he was asked to follow the line to fetch his order which he could see was on the counter... I thi k this is ridiculous at steers in malvern Durban... There should in fact do a call out like every other take away... Given the fact that this order was laying on their counter for so long. Common sense is lacking in this restaurant... People skills... Being courteous and helpful... Are no longer that the staff at this steers adhere to. He eventually left his food.... Which he already paid for and walked out.
