pathetic service

i am not happy with their service as when i called in i was told to hold on then about 5min later i was helped. all i ordered was 4x get real burgers and 2x buddy coke's. an hour passed and i didnt receive anything so i called back. the lady tells me that they will be delivering in the next 5min which never happened almost another hour later i only received my food ice cold and squashed. when i asked the driver is the food still warm he replies yes it is. when he left after tipping him R10 when i opened the food i saw it was ice cold and squashed. this is really pathetic. steers has been around for how long and up until now have i never had to complain about them. something needs to be done at that branch. get people in their that can really run a place and not stand around and chit chat the whole day.
