Pathetic Service
I ordered one chicken Wacky Wednesday last night at Steers Rosemead Ave Kenilworth<br> Time on slip - 20.31<br> When I got home the burgers where ice cold<br> Went back and returned the burgers<br> Asked for the manager<br> Her name is Brenda<br> She was so rude and very unprofessional in the manner in which she handled the situation<br> Bearing in mind that last month they gave me Beef burgers instead of chicken burgers, so I phoned them and she said I could come in anytime to collect the chicken burgers which I did the following week<br> So last night when she saw it was me again she said \Everytime its you who have a problem\" This is a fast food outlet<br> As I was answereing her she walked away and mumbled<br> "
