Pathetic Service

On the 24 April 2024 at approximately 19h04, I entered the Steers Store situated at Engen Garage on Avenue East, Isipingo Beach. I placed my order at approximately 19h17 for 03 x Chicken Wacky Wednesday and 01 x Beef Wacky Wednesday. I waited for approximately 30 minutes before called my number 205. The staff then packed all the food in 1 packet, so I asked her, which is yhe beef combo & she told it is the second 1 from yhe top. I asked if she repack and place yhe beef 1 on top, which she did and I departed from the store. When I reached home, I handed my colleague the beef combo and seperated the chicken and I took 3 burger and another colleague took 3 burgers. When I entered the house and told my kids that they can have the burgers. On checking the burgers it was observed that the box had 02 x beef burgers, which i took and gave my neighbour's, as we are are hindus and we don't eat beef, as we pray for the ***. The service recieved was bad, as there was only 01 staff member at the counter cashing the orders and also packing the orders, which was taking time. Also it must be noted that known person to the cashier who came after me was serviced and recieved his order 10 minutes before me and departed.
