Pathetic food, even worse service

On 06 Aug at 19:48, went to the Steers at Cnr Athol Oaklands & Corlett. The person who served was absent & uninterested. After waiting about 10-15 mins to collect my order, she was scratching her head like her life depended on it. There were no sauces available, I had to ask her to refill and it seemed like I was asking her for a heart transplant. When I got home, the food was more terrible than her scratching her head. The chips seemed like they were fried in a 100 yrs oil, and the one petty on the Mighty burger, was completely black and could not be consumed.The food I bought could not even be given to my dogs, maybe rats could have enjoyed. So, Steers, why don't you just ask for donations instead of ripping customers off by selling dirt to us. For a Steers in that area, I expected a lot better service and quality especially that the place was so empty when I got there. Or maybe that's the reason why there was no one at the time, people ran away/know better.
