Pathetic Delivery Time
I placed an online order tonight at 19:15 at Steers, Panorama Kroonstad. At 20:15, I phoned the branch to check on my order, which is already paid for, the lady said she would phone back to let us know how far the order is, since they are busier than usual. It is now 21:30, already half an hour after their closing time, we have still not received our order, no one has gotten back to us and the after hours number is not working. This is unacceptable.
