Pathetic customer service Steers Lenasia South

I ordered steers at 12:45pm- from Lenasia South. I have been calling several times since 2pm to follow up on my order and since then no one could assist me. On my last call I requested for the manager and was told the manager will return my call since 4:30pm... It's now 19:30pm and I will have not received any feedback or calls from the manager. This is pathetic and disgusting customer service.
