PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I order a family meal at 17:45, wrong order was delivered at about 18h30 and I called the shop about 10 times and the calls are diverted to pine slopes and apparently the manager at dainfern is not helping. It's 19h48 and my order is still not delivered.
