Pathetic Customer Service

On Wednesday the 4th of November around 19:00 I tried to call Steers Kromboom to place an order. At which point the line was busy. After trying several times, I decided to call the Debonairs (Located next door to Steers) to ask if they knew why the line was busy. The guy went to check and said they took the phone off the hook. I then asked him to take my order and give it to the steers. He kindly comp****. I then got to the Steers and saw the phone was off the hook and asked why this was so. The attendant then rudely stated, \we are very busy I can't take phone orders now". I was flabbergasted as this is renowned franchised and I expected a certain level of professionalism. After furiously explaining the inconvenience caused I then asked for my order. She then said she hadn't received it. Steers had received it but they just never captured it. I calmly then just placed the order. Finally after half and hour (possibly 1 hour since I called) I finally received the order. Just before I received my order one of their employees closed the door"
